This is qtutil, a program to extract frames from QuickTime movies (especially those from Olympus digital cameras).

This software compiles cleanly on Unix (Solaris, Irix, FreeBSD, Linux, and others I'm sure) and on Windows 95/98/NT/2000 using VC++ or gcc.
