Sides/Roasted Potatoes

A: 3-4 red potatoes
B: 2T olive oil
C: 1T chicken soup powder
    1T paprika
    1T basil
    1t oregano
    1t salt
    1t pepper
    chives (optional)
D: 4T parmesan cheese
1. Microwave (A) 6-7 minutes until almost tender.
2. Cut (A) into 1" chunks, add with (B) to skillet over high heat. Cook,
    stirring occasionally, until potatoes begin to brown.
3. Mix (C), sprinkle over skillet, mix, and place in 375F oven for 15 minutes.
4. Add (D) to skillet, mix, continue cooking in oven 5 minutes more. Serve.
