A: | 6 medium potatoes (firm, e.g. red) |
B: | 1/4C onion, chopped |
2 ribs celery, chopped | |
2 dill pickles, or relish | |
1/4C mayonnaise | |
1/4C yellow mustard | |
3T vinegar | |
1T sugar | |
1/2t salt | |
1t paprika | |
1. | Cook (A) in boiling water until tender. Peel, cube into 1/2" cubes. |
2. | Add (B) to (A), stir. Refrigerate at least 60 minutes prior to serving. |
