| A: | 3 pound pork roast |
| B: | 5-6 whole cloves |
| C: | 2 onions, quartered |
| 3c garlic, sliced | |
| D: | 1t allspice |
| 1t paprika | |
| 1/4C ketchup | |
| 1/2t kitchen bouquet | |
| 2T orange juice concentrate | |
| 2T honey | |
| 1T soy sauce | |
| 2t lemon juice | |
| E: | 1T cornstarch |
| 1T water | |
| 1. | Wash, roll, and tie (A), then place (B) into (A). Place into crockpot and add (C). |
| 2. | Combine (D), pour over the roast, and cook on low in crockpot for 10 hours. |
| 3. | Make gravy with some of the juice and (E) in a small saucepan over low heat. |
