Desserts/Easy Cherry Cheesecake
From Judy Corkill, 10/2000.
A: 8oz cream cheese (low fat)
B: 2C Cool Whip
C: 9" graham cracker crust
D: 1C cherry pie filling
1. Soften (A) and beat until smooth.
2. Blend (B) into cheese mixture.
3. Spoon into (C), chill 3 hours or more.
4. Top with (D).
