  • 10 quart water heated to 140F
  • 4gal water heated to 170F
  • 1 ounce Northern Brewer hops
  • 0.5 ounce Northern Brewer hops
  • 1.5 ounce Styrian Goldings hops
  • 1 Wyeast #1098
