• 7 lbs pale 2-row malted barley
• 1 lbs wheat
• 0.50 lbs crystal malt 64L
• 2 ounce roasted barley
• 10 quart water heated to 140F
• 4gal water heated to 170F
• 1 ounce Northern Brewer hops
• 0.5 ounce Northern Brewer hops
• 1.5 ounce Styrian Goldings hops
• 1 Wyeast #1098
