A: | 5 potatoes |
B: | 3 onions |
4T butter | |
2t salt | |
2t pepper | |
C: | 1C milk, more as needed |
1. | Boil (A) until very soft. |
2. | Saute (B), add (A) and mash together. |
3. | Add (C) and blend with immersion blender to desired consistency. Serve with cornbread. |
