| A: | 1T olive oil | 
| 3 slices bacon | |
| B: | 2c garlic | 
| C: | 1# spinach, cleaned and dried | 
| 1. | Cook (A) in iron pan over medium heat until browned. Remove and reserve bacon. | 
| 2. | Add (B) and sautee until golden. | 
| 3. | Add (C), sautee until wilted. | 
| 4. | Garnish with reserved bacon. |
