B: | 1 egg |
1C milk | |
3/4C dry breadcrumbs | |
C: | 1 large onion, cut into 1/4" slices |
D: | Canola oil, heated to 375F and 3/4" deep |
1. | Combine (A) in a bowl. |
2. | Whisk (B) together in second bowl. |
3. | Dip (C) in (A), then dip into (B) and shake off excess coating. |
4. | Fry in (D), remove to paper towl, serve. |
