A: | 1 1/2C cottage cheese |
1 egg yolk | |
1/2C cheddar cheese, shredded | |
1/2t salt | |
1/2t baking soda | |
1T cornstarch | |
B: | caraway seeds |
1. | Combine (A) in sauepan, cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. |
2. | Remove from heat, stir in (B), and pour into containers to cool. Serve as a dip with pretzels, crackers or bread. |
