| A: | 1/2C water |
| 1t vinegar | |
| 3/4t cinnamon | |
| dash salt | |
| dash cloves | |
| 1T lemon juice | |
| 1/2C brown sugar | |
| 3 large apples (granny smith best), cored, peeled, and diced | |
| 1. | Place (A) in saucepan, simmer 10 minutes covered. |
| 2. | Remove to processor/blender and process until smooth. |
| 3. | Return to pan and simmer 30 minutes. Serve or can. |
