A: | 1/2C water |
1t vinegar | |
3/4t cinnamon | |
dash salt | |
dash cloves | |
1T lemon juice | |
1/2C brown sugar | |
3 large apples (granny smith best), cored, peeled, and diced | |
1. | Place (A) in saucepan, simmer 10 minutes covered. |
2. | Remove to processor/blender and process until smooth. |
3. | Return to pan and simmer 30 minutes. Serve or can. |
