A: | 15 prunes |
1C water | |
1 onion, chopped | |
B: | 1/3C brown sugar |
2T orange juice concentrate | |
3t worchestershire sauce | |
1/2t cinnamon | |
dash cloves | |
dash nutmeg | |
2 drops red food coloring (optional) | |
1. | Place (A) in saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. |
2. | Transfer to blender, add (B), and puree. |
3. | Return sauce to pan and simmer 15 minutes, adding water to thin as desired. |
