| A: | 1/2C mayonnaise |
| 1/3C yogurt, plain | |
| 1C greens: parsley, basil, spinach | |
| 2T lemon juice | |
| 2 anchovies, or 2t Worcestershire sauce + 2c garlic | |
| Salt and pepper to taste | |
| B: | 5T minced herbs: tarragon, chives |
| 1. | Process (A) in food processor until smooth. |
| 2. | Add (B) and mix well. Refrigerate overnight to let flavor develop. |
