| A: | 1 bunch kale |
| B: | 2T olive oil |
| C: | 2C broccoli, chopped |
| 1/4C walnuts, chopped | |
| 1/3C dried cranberries | |
| D: | 2T soy sauce |
| 2T rice vinegar | |
| 1T sugar | |
| 1/2t sesame oil | |
| 1t ginger, ground | |
| 1. | Chop (A), place in bowl with (B), and knead like dough until soft. |
| 2. | Add (C), mix. |
| 3. | Combine (D) in bowl and mix, then dress salad and toss to coat. |
