A: | 2 slices bread |
1/2t salt | |
1/4t pepper | |
B: | 1/4C pecans, lightly toasted |
C: | 3/4C milk |
2T cornstarch | |
2t butter, melted | |
D: | 4 fish fillets |
1. | Process (A) until fine, chop (B) finely and add. |
2. | Mix (C) in small bowl. Drag fillets (D) through milk and coat with crumb mixture. |
3. | Place on oiled baking sheet and bake 400F for 15 minutes or until crispy. |
