Desserts/Pear Crisp
| A: | 4T apple sauce |
| 1/4C water | |
| 4-5 pears, peeled and chopped | |
| B: | 1/2C butter |
| C: | 1/3C brown sugar |
| 2C oats | |
| 1t cinnamon | |
| 1/2t nutmeg | |
| 1. | Heat (A) in saucepan to boiling and simmer 15 minutes. |
| 2. | Melt (B), mix well with (C). |
| 3. | Pour (A) into pie pan, top with oat mixture. Bake 375F 45 minutes. |
