| A: | 8oz cream cheese | 
| B: | 1/2C milk | 
| C: | 1 1/2C milk | 
| 1 package instant lemon pudding mix | |
| D: | 9" graham cracker crust, baked & cooled | 
| 1. | Stir cream cheese until very soft. | 
| 2. | Gradually blend in 1/2 c. milk until smooth and creamy. | 
| 3. | Add C. Beat slowly with egg beater 1 minute. | 
| 4. | Pour at once into crust (D) and chill 1 hour or until firm | 
| enough to cut. | |
