• 0.50 cup butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1-2oz semisweet baking chocolate
• 1.25 cup white flour
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 0.50 tsp baking soda
• 0.50 tsp salt
• 0.50 cup toasted hazelnuts
• 2 tbsp sugar
