| A: | 1C butter | 
| 1/2C brown sugar, packed | |
| B: | 1/3C molasses | 
| 2 2/3C flour | |
| 1/8t baking soda | |
| 1/8t salt | |
| 1/8t ginger | |
| 1/8t nutmeg | |
| 1/8t cinnamon | |
| 1. | Cream butter (A) & add sugar gradually. | 
| 2. | Blend in B. | 
| 3. | Chill for several hours. | 
| 4. | Preheat oven to 350F. | 
| 5. | Roll 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick on floured surface and cut into shapes. | 
| 6. | Place on greased cookie sheet. | 
| 7. | Bake at 350F for 8-10 mins. Makes about 7 dozen cookies, depending on size. |
