| A: | 1C flour |
| 3/4C cocoa powder | |
| 1t salt | |
| 1/2t baking powder | |
| 1/2t baking soda | |
| B: | 10T butter, softened |
| 1C brown sugar | |
| 1/4C sugar | |
| C: | 1 egg |
| 3t vanilla extract | |
| D: | 1 1/2C chocolate chips, semisweet |
| 1. | Whisk (A) together in bowl. |
| 2. | Beat (B) in mixer on medium speed until light and creamy, at least 3 minutes. |
| 3. | Add (C) to mixer and mix until combined, then add (A) slowly on low speed until incorporated. |
| 4. | Add (D) in last 10 seconds just until combined. |
| 5. | Chill, then spoon balls onto baking sheet and bake 15 minutes at 340F. Dust with sugar after removing from oven. |
