| A: | 1/2C canola oil | 
| 8oz yogurt or sour cream | |
| 3 eggs | |
| 3/4C sugar | |
| 2C green tomatoes, cleaned and pureed | |
| B: | 2C white flour | 
| 1C whole wheat flour | |
| 2t cinnamon | |
| 1t baking soda | |
| 1/2t baking powder | |
| 1/2t nutmeg | |
| 1/2t cloves, ground | |
| 1/2t salt | |
| 1. | Combine (A) and mix well. | 
| 2. | Add (B), mix quickly. | 
| 3. | Fill two bread loaf pans, bake 350F for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. |
