- 7 lbs pale 2-row malted barley
- 1 lbs wheat
- 0.50 lbs crystal malt 64L
- 2 ounce roasted barley
- 10 quart water heated to 140F
- 4gal water heated to 170F
- 1 ounce Northern Brewer hops
- 0.5 ounce Northern Brewer hops
- 1.5 ounce Styrian Goldings hops
- 1 Wyeast #1098
