A: | 3T olive oil |
4c garlic, sliced thin | |
B: | 4T tomato paste |
C: | 1 1/2C white beans (dry), cooked |
1/2C water, boiling | |
1t salt | |
1t pepper | |
D: | 5oz mozzarella cheese, grated |
1. | Saute (A) in iron skillet until garlic is just browning. |
2. | Add (B), stir, and fry 2 minutes. Remove from heat. |
3. | Add (C), stir to combine. Top with (D) and bake 475F for 6 minutes. Broil for a few minutes until browned, cool for a few minutes, and serve. |
