A: | 4 strips bacon |
B: | 2C brussels sprouts, halved |
salt and pepper | |
1. | Fry (A) in pan until crispy. Remove to paper towel. Drain all but 1T bacon fat from pan. |
2. | Add (B) to pan, fry in bacon fat. Crumble bacon into pan. Serve. |
