  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1.50 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 0.33 cup chopped parsley
  • 0.67 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 Canola oil
