A: | 8oz cream cheese |
B: | 1/2C milk |
C: | 1 1/2C milk |
1 package instant lemon pudding mix | |
D: | 9" graham cracker crust, baked & cooled |
1. | Stir cream cheese until very soft. |
2. | Gradually blend in 1/2 c. milk until smooth and creamy. |
3. | Add C. Beat slowly with egg beater 1 minute. |
4. | Pour at once into crust (D) and chill 1 hour or until firm |
enough to cut. | |
