1. | Pop (A). |
2. | Put (B) in a saucepan. Stir well w/ a wooden spoon. Clip on candy therm. Set pan on stove at low heat. Add (C) & cook, stirring constantly, until therm. reads 270F. |
3. | Pour hot mixture over popcorn & toss w/2 large spoons to coat every kernel. Allow to cool slightly. |
4. | Rub butter or veg shortening on your hands so popcorn won't stick to them. Scoop up enough popcorn to form a ball about the size of a baseball. |
5. | Shape the ball w/your hands, using butter or veg. shortening to grease hands. |
