A: | 1/2C canola oil |
8oz yogurt or sour cream | |
3 eggs | |
3/4C sugar | |
2C green tomatoes, cleaned and pureed | |
B: | 2C white flour |
1C whole wheat flour | |
2t cinnamon | |
1t baking soda | |
1/2t baking powder | |
1/2t nutmeg | |
1/2t cloves, ground | |
1/2t salt | |
1. | Combine (A) and mix well. |
2. | Add (B), mix quickly. |
3. | Fill two bread loaf pans, bake 350F for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. |
