  • 1 lbs zucchini
  • 1.50 cup Swiss chard
  • 2 ounce bacon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 12 scallions
  • 5 zucchini blossoms or other bitter greens
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 ounce Parmesan cheese
