Soup/Truffled Kohlrabi

A: 1-2 kohlrabi, peeled
    1-2 potatoes, peeled (about 2/3 volume of kohlrabi)
    3c garlic
B: 1T olive oil
    1T white truffle oil
    red pepper sauce
C: 1T olive oil
1. Cover (A) in a saucepan, simmer until tender. Drain and reserve liquid.
2. Mill vegetables tnd place in blender. Add (B) and puree.
3. Place in soup bowls and drizzle with (C). Serve.
