Sides/Ginger Hummus
A: 3c garlic, chopped
1" ginger, chopped
2C cooked chick peas (1C dry)
1/4C peanut butter
1T olive oil
1T soy sauce
1t red chili sauce (Sriracha)
1/2t cumin, ground
B: 1/3C vegetable stock
1/4C lemon juice
C: 1/4C cilantro, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
1. Place (A) in food processor and pulse to mix.
2. Add (B), process to smooth paste.
3. Garnish with (C) and serve.
