Sauce/Peanut
A: 1c garlic
1/4C brown sugar
3/4C peanut butter
1/4C soy sauce
2T peanut oil
1T sesame oil
1T red wine vinegar
1" ginger (crystallized OK)
1/4 onion
1/2t red pepper
1/2 lemon juice
water to thin
1. Blend (A) to a smooth liquid.
