Sauce/Jerk Paste
A: 3 habenero peppers, chopped
1/2C green onion, chopped
2T red wine vinegar
3T oil
1T soy sauce
2T lime juice
1/2C tamarind sauce
1T allspice
2t grated ginger
1t cinnamon
1/4t nutmeg
1. Process (A) until smooth.
