Salad/Wafu Salad

A: oil for frying
    2c garlic, minced
    2T ginger, minced
B: Mushrooms and other vegetables, cut into 1" pieces (Carrots Cucumber
    Radish Greens)
    Cooked pasta
    2T soy sauce
    sesame seeds
    lemon juice
    white wine
C: mayonnaise
1. Stir fry (A) in wok.
2. Add (B) and stir fry.
3. Add (C), mix, serve.
