Salad/Layered Green Salad
..Make ahead and chill 8+ hours
..From Judy Corkill, 3/2000
A: cut-up (torn) lettuce
B: 1 green bell pepper, diced
1C celery, diced
1/2 (or less) red onion, diced
10 oz. box (buttered) frozen green peas, cooked
D: 2T sugar
1/2C Parmesan cheese
real bacon bits
1. Place (A) in bowl for first layer, filling to 3/4 of bowl.
2. Place (B) in bowl for second layer.
3. Seal layers with (C).
4. Top with (D) and serve.
