Meat/Steak In Ginger Butter
A: 1.5# steak, 3/4" cut
B: 1 1/2T butter
C: 1 1/2T ginger, minced
D: 2T soy sauce
1. Heat iron skillet to high heat (smoking). Add (A) and cook 1-2 minutes each
side to brown. Remove from skillet and reserve.
2. Let skillet cool a bit, add (B), melt, then (C) for a minute, then (D).
3. Return steaks to skillet over medium heat, turning and cooking 3-4 minutes
