Meat/Plum Bbq Ribs
A: Rib rub spice
4# pork ribs, room temperature
B: plum BBQ sauce
1. Rub (A), place in 200F oven or grill over low indirect heat. Roast 2-3
hours until tender.
2. Spoon (B) over ribs during last 30 minutes of roasting. Serve.
