Meat/Corn Dogs
A: 1/2C yellow corn meal
1/2C flour
2T sugar
1t baking powder
1/2t salt
B: 1/2C milk
1 egg
1T vegetable oil
2t yellow mustard
C: 6 hot dogs
D: 1.5" oil heated to 375F in small pan
1. Combine (A), mix well.
2. Add (B), mix with beater until smooth.
3. Pour into a tall glass, dip (C) into the mixture using a wooden skewer and
deep fry in (D) until golden brown. (Hot dogs can be cut into 2-3 equal
parts to make miniature corn dogs.)
