Fish/Curry Rice Shrimp
A: 1T butter
1t olive oil
1 onion, chopped
B: 1 4/5C rice
2C water
3t curry powder
1/2C chopped raw vegetables
C: 1/2# shrimp, shelled and deveined
2t vegetable oil
1. Saute (A) in saucepan until onion is translucent.
2. Add (B), bring quickly to boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer until rice is
done.
3. Saute (C) in wok over high heat. Add to rice and serve.
