Desserts/Peanut Blossom

..Makes 4 dozen cookies
A: 1/4C butter
1/4C canola oil
3/4C Reese's Peanut Butter
1/3C granulated sugar
1/3C light brown sugar
B: 1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
C: 1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
0. Preheat oven to 375 F.
1. Mix A.
2. Add B, mix until well blended.
3. Combine C and add slowly to wet mixture.
4. Form 1" balls and roll in sugar.
5. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375F. Press a Hershey's kiss in the middle of each
cookie immediately after baking (while warm).
