Desserts/Oatmeal Toffee Cookies
A: 1 cup butter, soft
2 eggs
2 cups packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
B: 1-3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
C: 3 cups quick oats
1 3/4 cups heath bit 'o brickle toffee bits
1 cup coconut (optional)
0. Preheat oven to 375.
1. Beat (A) until well blended.
2. Add (B); beat until blended.
3. Stir in (C).
4. Drop rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart.
5. Bake 8-10 min cool 1 min remove from pan.
