Desserts/Lemon Cheesecake

..Serves 6-8.
..
A: 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
B: 1/2 c. milk
C: 1 1/2 c. milk
    Instant lemon pudding mix
D: 9" graham cracker crust, baked & cooled
..
1. Stir cream cheese until very soft.
2. Gradually blend in 1/2 c. milk until smooth and creamy.
3. Add C. Beat slowly with egg beater 1 minute.
4. Pour at once into crust (D) and chill 1 hour or until firm
    enough to cut.
