Desserts/Easy Cherry Cheesecake

From Judy Corkill, 10/2000.
A: 9" graham cracker crust
B: 2 c. Cool Whip OR 1 package Dream Whip
    8 oz cream cheese (low fat)
    1/2 c. sugar
C: 1 cup of canned cherry pie filling
1. Soften cream cheese; beat with sugar until smooth.
2. Blend cool whip/dream whip into cheese mixture.
3. Spoon into unbaked graham cracker crust (A).
4. Chill 3 hours or more.
5. Top with cherry pie filling (C).
